1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or submitting content to ShareThreado, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue using our platform immediately.

2. Account Eligibility & Security Responsibilities

To create an account and use ShareThreado, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• Minimum Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years where required by local law) to register or use our services.
• Account Password Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You accept full legal responsibility for any actions taken under your account authentication.
• Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate registration details and refrain from impersonating other entities or providing deceptive startup data.

3. User-Generated Content & License Grant

ShareThreado enables users to publish product Threados, titles, descriptions, and outbound website links.

• Content Ownership: You retain full copyright ownership of your original submitted text and media content.
• Display License Grant: By submitting content to ShareThreado, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publicly display, distribute, format, index, and promote your content across our website and social channels.
• Moderation Authority: ShareThreado reserves the right to review, unpublish, or delete any content or account that violates our rules or poses operational risk.

4. Intellectual Property

The ShareThreado name, logos, platform UI/UX design, code base, and original graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of ShareThreado. You may not copy, mirror, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without prior written authorization.

5. Payments, Transactions & Strict No-Refund Policy

ShareThreado offers publication services and Lifetime PREMIUM account status upgrades:

• Payment Processing: All checkout flows, payments, and order invoicing are processed through Polar.sh. In case of payment disputes or technical errors, Polar.sh handles transaction verification.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: All processed payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. If a post is removed due to prohibited content violations, the payment is forfeited.
• Price Changes: ShareThreado reserves the right to adjust publication pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect existing Lifetime PREMIUM status perks.

6. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Activities

When using ShareThreado, you agree not to engage in:

• Automated bot posting, unauthorized web scraping, or spamming community feeds.
• Attempting to breach, probe, or compromise server security infrastructure.
• Creating multiple fake accounts to manipulate engagement metrics or circumvent moderation.
• Introducing computer viruses, trojans, or malicious scripts.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

ShareThreado reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and remove your posts at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may also request account termination or data removal at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShareThreado is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted platform operation.

9. Third-Party Outbound Links Disclaimer

Threados published on ShareThreado contain links to external third-party websites. ShareThreado does not control, verify, or assume responsibility for the safety, content, or practices of third-party websites. Accessing outbound links is done at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareThreado, its founder, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on third-party links.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to ShareThreado shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revisions will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued platform use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
